Events

Plan any event at the Bowen from weddings and birthday parties to family reunions and relaxing retreats.

  • Our event fee of $1500 covers the use of the event barn, chairs, tables, parking and up to 60 guests in total on the property.

  • Starting at $599 per night with a minimum of a 2-night stay, we offer two homes that sleep 22 guests overnight.

  • Check out our AirBnb calendar to see specific pricing for your booking dates here.

  • We will give you access to the event barn at check-in to allow you as much time as you would like to set up for your event.

  • We will include 60 white folding chairs and 10 60” round white plastic folding tables.

Commercial Film & Photography

Nestled in the heart of the Texas countryside, The Bowen offers a picturesque setting for commercial film and photography projects. This expansive 18-acre estate features rolling hills, rustic barns, and elegant interiors, providing a versatile backdrop for a variety of shoots.

  • The Bowen was featured in the 2025 national commercial for the new Ford heavy duty trucks featuring country recording artist, Corey Kent, as seen to the right. The estate’s rustic charm and serene landscapes enhance the video's narrative, providing a visual representation of Kent’s message about how on resilience and strength can create timeless beauty.

  • The Property Brother are coming to the ranch! The Bowen is being featured in the new HGTV series “Chasing the Wind“ by the Property Brothers. Catch the new episode “Head in the Clouds“ premiering August 27th!
